Payments & Certificates

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit and credit cards, bank transfers, and digital payment methods depending on your region.

Can I pay in installments?

Unfortunately, we do not support installment payments

Will I receive a certificate after completing a course?

Yes. A digital certificate is issued automatically once you complete a course.

Are certificates internationally recognized?

Not at the moment. Our certificates are currently Certificates of Completion, designed to validate that you successfully finished a course on Joche Academy. They are useful for personal development, skill verification, and portfolio building, but they are not yet internationally accredited.

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately not. However, you can cancel your subscription at anytime you want

How do I start a course after enrolling?

Once payment is confirmed, the course appears in your dashboard instantly. Click "Start Course" to begin.

How long do I have access to a course?

Lifetime access unless otherwise stated on the course page.

Do courses include assignments or quizzes?

Many courses include quizzes, assessments, and practical tasks to help you learn better.

Can I download course materials?

Some courses allow downloads. If not, you can always revisit lessons online.

How do instructors get paid?

Instructors earn a percentage per enrollment. Payout details are provided upon onboarding.

Can instructors schedule live classes?

Yes, through integrated tools such as Zoom or Google Meet.

Can I request an Instructor for my company workshop/training?
