About this course
Build a practical foundation in health, safety and environment for Nigerian industrial workplaces. The course covers hazard identification, risk assessment, Permit to Work, machine safety, hazardous energy, chemicals, work at height, confined spaces, lifting, fire safety, occupational health, incident investigation and emergency response.
Sector modules show how the same HSE principles change in practice across manufacturing, oil and gas, and FMCG. Learners work with Nigeria's Factories Act and Federal Ministry of Labour OSH framework, NUPRC and NMDPRA petroleum safety requirements, NOSDRA oil-spill preparedness, the Employees' Compensation framework administered by NSITF, and current NAFDAC food GMP and hygiene requirements.
The course is designed for employees, supervisors, HSE officers, contractors, operations teams and managers who need business-ready safety knowledge that can be applied on site rather than memorised only for an exam.
