Before you decide.
What happens if I cancel?
Your plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops. Nothing is charged again. You keep every certificate you earned and every course you bought outright.
Do I keep my certificates?
Yes. A certificate records that you finished something, so it does not expire with a subscription, and the verification page keeps working for anyone you send it to.
What is not included in Pro?
Live instructor-led classes, 1:1 tutor sessions and 12-week mentorship cohorts. They are bought on their own, and Pro takes 10% off an instructor-led course at checkout.
How does Enterprise billing work?
It is quoted on the size of your team and what you need, then invoiced. There is no per-seat rate on this page because a five-seat deal and a five-hundred-seat deal are not the same product.
How do refunds work?
Pro carries a 3-day money-back guarantee. Write to us inside three days of a payment and we return it in full, and the plan ends at that point.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes, and it takes no card. It opens the starter courses we have marked, the community and instructor Q&A, and your dashboard. Certificates and the Career Passport are the parts it does not carry.
